Hi! My fiance is about to travel to the US with his visa and file his AOS after marriage. Is it necessary to complete Form G-325R (Biometric Information) when he enters the US through the POE with his visa? Law words hurt my brain, but from what we've read, it doesn't seem necessary as the I-94 he will receive upon entry would be classified as a "registration", and he was fingerprinted in his home country, but I want to be sure I'm understanding it correctly. If he does have to complete the form, we want to make sure we do that.

Moved to K1/K3 forum as this reflects the visa type and stage OP is currently at 

 

No. This form does not need to be completed as those entering on this visa have already gone through biometrics and so are already “registered”  during the interview stage. They are  therefore exempt.
