"If you read the notice it states that you can track your case via the website once you receive the BioMetrics appointment " smushtaq, can you tell me where is the notice? Is it on I-797? I cant find it. I can track my number from online status. Is that mean they have already sent the BioMetrics appointment to me? I am still waiting. I can track it at the first day when I got the NOA1.

I've attached a scan of the last paragraph of my wife's I797. I'm unable to register the case on USCIS using the Receipt # beginning with WAC on our notice. If you've been able to do it Lynn, then I'm not sure what's going on. Maybe there is a problem with our case or they just haven't gotten around to updating their systems, I don't know ....

I received the NOA (well 2 NOA's, both with different case numbers, hmmm...stating the exact same thing) anyway not tried entering them online yet, going to hold off until I receive the Bio appointment.

If I try them online I will let you know if they work or not.

VALIDATION ERROR(S)

You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

* Case Status Retrieval Failed

* This Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the National Customer Service Center.

Sent Date: Mid-July to TSC then transferred to CSC.

Rec'd NOA1- With WAC number on Aug 08.

We received our Biometrics letter today!!! Appointment is for September 7th in Naperville. Haven't tried to register case online yet. Things are moving along well :)

The days from bio letter issued to bio done in NSC to CSC are less than ours which TSC to CSC.

We also filed in late July in Texas....just on the last day of increase of fees...our check is not yet cashed. It is about four weeks now. Are there others like us who are waiting for about 4 weeks now ?

Will calling USCIS help ? We do not have any case # yet.

We sent our packet out on July 27th. Still no checked cashed. It's worrying me. Keep me updated on yours. :wacko:

Hi

Add me to. We send ours on the 27th to TSC and all we have is the post office green receipt signed that they received it. No letter, check has not been cashed, nothing.
