guys if the CO at the interview will ask where do we intend to live in the us and we answered specific state but later on decided to live on a different state. will that be a prob? i mean do we really have to go and live in the state that we told them?? where the USC stayed when filed the I-129F?

its like this, my fiancee lives and has a work in kansas but we're thinking on moving to guam after my interview and getting approved but wondering if it is possible for us to go directly to guam without going to kansas 1st. because as you know if ever the CO will ask if where do we intend to live in the US, i will tell him/her that we'll be living in kansas but "what if" we decided to go to guam instead. will there be a problem? guam will be my POE. guam can be officially be POE right?!?

btw my fiancee will be here on my interview

thanks

That should not be a problem. Guam would be your POE. After your arrival, you should notify USCIS of the change in address. It can be done online. https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=coa

lol, Kansas City is 1/2 in Kansas, the other 1/2 in Missouri. He could have moved 10 feet and changed states.

But you're right, moving within the USA and territories is not restricted, by anything I've read. Just notify the USCIS.

If it's going to be, it's up to me!
