Hi all ,

I am so stressed about my case ! 
I filed for citizenship under 3 year rule while Pending I751 as married !
Things didn’t go well with my spouse we got separated ! and We don’t have the divorce papers yet ! 
im not sure what to do at thing point , lawyers keep scarring me and have different points . I was wondering if anyone has a similar case or might be aware of someone in that case ? And how did it go ?

i would appreciate any advice or suggestions!

Well you need to sort out what the future will be with your marriage.  Is it over, or is there a fix. If leaning toward divorce, I would file for divorce, request an I751 divorce waiver, and withdraw the N400 as you cannot use the 3 yr rule in your case.  If reconciliation is an option, look at counseling.
