my wife got her green card Dec 7, 2023, i understand she's eligible to apply 90 days before 3 years so that would be 09 / 08 / 2026 according to the USCIS calculator.

so when would we expect the bio appointment? i ask because we usually go to Thailand for the winter, nice to know if we can get the bio done before it gets too cold here.

thanks

How much time do you spend in Thailand for the winter? As a generic answer, you might get a call for a biometric appointment about six or seven weeks after the receipt (cannot be guaranteed)

She must be living in marital union for 3+ years when applying for N-400 under 3 year rule.

Would she be living with you for 3+ years physically together when applying 90 days early?

ok thx. so "after the receipt", is that usually pretty quick after filing the application? we usually go to Thailand around end of Nov so if the bio is less than 8 weeks then no problem i guess.

Are you guys going to meet both the physical presence and continuous residency requirements?  Just want to make sure you don't waste your money applying if you don't meet the requirements, or you plan accordingly and possibly adjust plans so as to meet the requirements.
