What do I do after my children arrive on I-864W?

I didn't know about this option - the I-864W until I applied. The kids are here now, last Thursday. So, I guess they are now US citizens, but what do I need to do to get proof? Thank you!

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I am a naturalized citizen. My children are 10 and 12, they came on immigrant visas from the Philippines. I was told they would be citizens when they arrived, but they are being mailed green cards. I filed an I-864W. They've been here for about a week and a half. I tried reading about how they become citizens, but it looks like they have to be here for 2 years, or is that for adopted children?

They won’t be being mailed GC’s as presumably you haven’t paid the GC fee.

 

They already are citizens if they meet the criteria, you don’t need to do anything other than apply for their US passports. https://fam.state.gov/fam/08fam/08fam030110.html
