Let's be honest here.  The Consulate Officer will certainly look at the whole picture.  Age gap, alone, won't doom you.  However, lack of time together over 4 years, along with the age gap and cultural difference, can cause the Consulate Officer to doubt the relationship.  The very best cure for all red flags is evidence of time spent together as a married couple.  Good luck on your journey.  I suggest your US spouse join Visa Journey.

Absolutely.  Reading through this I see three huge red flags and maybe 4 but the OP has not been clear about how many visits and for how long.  First flag is the reverse age difference in a country where that is not culturally accepted.  Second is the Egyptian husband's family not knowing about the marriage of four years.  Third is the reason they don't know, which speaks to red flag number one.

Consular Officers do not have "love radar".  That's why the term "bona fide" is used in connection with the marital relationship.  Behavior speaks louder than words.  People in bona fide relationships do what is necessary to spend significant time together.  That CAN overcome pretty much any red flag.  If that has not occurred, that's red flag number 4.  For me and other senior members here, it's also a red flag that this discussion is with only the visa applicant, with petitioner absent.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

OP

I believe that when i see this question asked , the poster already knows the answers

If CO has issues,  she/he will ask many questions without looking at any documents you bring (but bring them as if you don't ,  they will ask you to send them)

CO

1 Moroccan when given his documents back saw that the photos had been labeled with notes and his mom had not been in any celebration photos and they asked him why

he responded by "she was in hospital at the time" and CO made him send proof of that

SO.  prepare for this to be a big question

They will not ask about USC sending money but it is your other red flag that will be noted

You and she married in Egypt and were in college together / Did you live together at this time?

If not,  prepare for packet to be returned to the US

Don’t worry, what matter the most is you and her, not your family. It’s her and you going to spend life together, not her and your family. So stop stressing out.

this can be a great reason that you want to move out of you family because they might not accept her. Once you guys have children then you want to visit your family.

when living abroad visiting often not only can be costly but if she is working she can risk her job. After all she has to support you when you go then until you stand on your feet.

If you are faithful in your relationship, trust on Allah, that Allah will make ways and all will go well.

so take a deep breath and do dhikr of Allah.

3 visits in 4 years seems unusual.

You are a Doctor but she is sending you money?

Anyway details matter in Immigration and Medical, and we do not have them.

I was still in the faculty , and I didnt have a job . I had a fight with family and was kicked out , thats when she offered the help and it was 300 usd .

3 visits due to the financial burden for her and me , the life schedules .

I am a doctor at the beginning of life so we barely earn like others and she also needs to work as she lives paycheck to paycheck .

I dont know if such details help or no .

Cultural norms matter to Consulate Officers.

thats true the family is so regressive they wont just reject her but rather hurt her . I told her this before the marriage she accepted and said she just wanted me . At this time , we never cared about gathering evidence , we focused on our relation , which I think no one cares about , as everyone wannas the tangible evidence . it is all about exchanging money to show how super doper the relation is .

So we should all live stereotypical lives to appeal the culture norms . No care for diversity nor distinction .

Of course not, she can always move to you, Immigration is a two way street. The important issue is that you will be together.
