Hello everyone! So our twins documents was sent to NVC since 12/2023 but up to now it still at NVC. How long does it take for NVC to send it to the Philippine embassy for interview? My husband is a green card holder, who petition the twins. It was shown as  F22 when we filed for I30. We already gave all the documents and they’re all approved according to the CEAC website. Any advise? Can I call them or it is still Emma who will answer.

What is the priority date of each I-130?  Their priority dates must be current in order for NVC to schedule an interview.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Are you a US citizen?

Crazy cat - yes I am a US citizen.

How old are the children now?

It’s current as long as they’re still F2A (i.e. haven’t aged out in to F2B), so sounds like it’s just a case of waiting for an interview. Nothing that can be done but wait unfortunately, a lot of consulates still have big backlogs.

OK, so they haven’t aged out. You’ve said 2023 and 2024 above, which is it? If it’s 2023 then I’d chase it up as I’d have thought you’d have had an interview by now, if it’s 2024 then it’s just a case of waiting.
