As an update. TODAY we got an email fro the NVC talking about documents that need to be submitted so we checked the CEAC website and the link to pay the fees is working .

 

Perhaps the NVC just needed a couple weeks for the website to catch up to the welcome letter .

 

After waiting 17 years, it's a relief it's now working

 

Congrats. Fingers crossed their category moves for them and it’s not too much longer.

My brother's oldest child is 14 or 15 so that should not be an issue.  He was single when I applied for him, but now he has a family with 2 kids,

Love how you don’t know how old your nephew is - just like my brother with my kids. 😂 

 

Should be ok then. I’d guess at another 3 or 4 years until they get a visa, but if the I-130 took a long time to be approved then should be comfortably under the aging out time.
