My dad was born in Ukraine and moved to America when he was 3, my mom was born in Russia and moved to America when she was 12, and I was born in the United States of America. So am I considered born as a US citizen or Russian, OR Ukrainian??

You quite possibly have 3 citizenships

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I know you can certainly claim US citizenship, not sure about Russian or Ukrainian.  If you read the links, you may not have Russian citizenship since you were born overseas to only one Russian citizen (your mother), and not two as it states (consider the source though).  As to Ukraine, it appears there is no distinction, you only have to have one Ukrainian parent regardless as to birth location.

So it appears, US and Ukrainian citizenships.

Good Luck!

If only one of your parents had Russian citizenship and you were not born in Russia, you do not qualify for Russian Citizenship.

Russian citizenship law stipulates you qualify for Russian Citizenship if

1) you were born in Russia to at least one Russian Citizen

2) You were born outside of Russia to two Russian Citizens

You definitely are a US Citizen

Not sure about Ukraine
