Hello I'm filling out the "AIW" Applicants Information Worksheet on the I-797C, and want to ensure I provide the information in the correct format.

For the height section, there is only one line for feet and inches. underneath the line, it says Feet/Inches. Does that mean I should write my height like this: 5/10?

Seems like a silly question, but I don't want any chances with them rejecting my worksheet for silly reasons.

On Jaycel's AIW for her biometric appointment we put 5'2" and the person doing her biometrics and entering the information from the AIW had no trouble understanding the measurement

I think I've filled all the USCIS forms, of which there have been many, the same way @Edward and Jaycel did.  Multiple petitions, no issues.  If you're really worried, convert it all into inches.

As above, the standard is ' for feet and " for inches - so you’d put 5’10".
