That being said, this is for our case, there are other things needed to be included if relevant, such as divorce papers if that's relevant to you etc.

 

Between sending the petition and now, our daughter now has a CRBA and a US passport, which we will be including in the next step as more evidence for support - she didn't have them at the time

One more quick question. I keep reading how people signed and dated every single page of their package (including photos, birth certificate and other evidence). How has done this and who hasn't? When you didn't, was this a problem and did you get an RFE?

Never heard of this before. Never done it. Never had RFE.
