Hi everyone, thank you for your time reading and responding.

For background, I have submitted the forms for DCF earlier this year in February and was given instructions to gather documents after the first interview with my spouse (sponsoring the visa). The email with instructions came on 4 February 2025, and I was waiting for a police check. I just received it so I requested for an appointment but was told to schedule it on ustraveldocs.com.sg.

The problem: ustraveldocs website does not recognise my case number and after back and forth many times with ustraveldocs, they are telling me it's because I don't have an approved letter from NVC

Question: Where do I get this NVC letter from? Do I have to wait for an approval letter from NVC or should I be asking the embassy for an approved letter?

Thank you once again for your time.
