If my finance is on K1 and I make above 125% ($46000) for family of 4 own a home ($50000) left on mortgage my 2 kids are on Medicaid just because it was an option is that considered negative to adjust of status?

can my home be used as asset to offset this?

I am divorced and it would be difficult to remove Medicaid for my kids with ex.

will this be looked down upon? Should I try to get them removed with ex?

I have insurance for my family through work already.
