Question regarding usvisascheduling and the K-1 application

Hello everyone.  I (the petitioner) helped my fiance (the beneficiary) fill out the DS-160 this weekend.  Today, I logged in to usvisascheduling.com to fill out the K-1 application and I've been kind of stumped by this form.  I've found next to no information or help for this form.  I created my account, but noticed when I fill out the application it auto-fills my name and e-mail address.  Is this correct?  My second question is, the section on Dependents, does that apply only to minor dependents that will be immigrating with the beneficiary?

 

If my understanding is correct, I can't get the MRV slip or pay until this application is filed and I want to make sure I do it correctly.

I have been digging for hours on this with no luck finding any direction.

Yes, it is definitely the right site.  You are directed there from ustraveldocs.com.  I think I may have found the solution to my problem.  My fiance needs to fill out the K-1 application.  I can fill it out for over a video call by filling in her information and this will allow me to pay the $265 visa application fee online, saving her a 6 hour round trip to pay fee herself.

 

The most difficult part of this process is actually figuring out the process. ☹️

Yeah, you can pay online for the MNL consulate.  

Be warned, you're likely not to see any appointment when you do get to that stage.    We used a Facebook Messager Group to help team up with others to alert for the spot.
