My Fiancée (Petitioner/USC - currently in the US) and myself (beneficiary - currently in the UK) are right at the beginning of our visa journey so please go easy lol. We are in the process of completing the I-129F and have read and familiarised ourselves with the process as much as we feel is possible, however there are still a few questions we are unsure of. Please can anyone offer help/advice?

Part 2 (Information about your beneficiary).....

Q24. requests details of my parents names etc. Should we put the details of my biological parents? or my adoptive parents? (I was adopted at the age of 12) or can I use either?

Q39. asks if I (the beneficiary) have any children. - My daughter is age 19. My belief is that she should be excluded from this section/question as she is an adult, but I believe some laws/rules in the US consider a child to be up until the age of 21

Part 3 (Other information) and Part 4 (Biographic information).....

Am I correct in assuming that at this point, the requested information has returned to being applicable to my Fiancée (the petitioner)?

Thanks in advance

Joe

My instincts say that this should be the names of your parents as listed on your birth certificate - Someone else can correct me if I'm incorrect here
