Hi, I'm from the Philippines. I have my interview at the end of the month. Our process have been going on  smoothly. The problem is my severe anxiety. Last 2021, I was denied entry and I personally withdraw my tourist visa. I didnt over stay, but I did stay in the us for 5 months during my last 2 trips. I'm scared that my spousal visa is going to get denied or refused. I just want to be with my husband. It has been a long wait. Does anyone have the same situation as me? Will this affect my spousal visa? Please help me. I can barely eat or sleep

2 visits totalling 5 months should not have been that much an issue, were they back to back?

If you were denied entry for suspected immigrant intent it will not impact your CR1 because that actually is an immigrant visa.
