DS-3025 case or alien number on medical form is wrong maybe? Problem??

I'm already in the US now, on K1 to AOS process. Just noticed my completed DS 3025 copy I received has a "case or alien number" section where the panel physician has wrote my ds160 confirmation number instead of the WAC or my A number. 

 

Would this be a problem? The form has my passport number, name, DOB and all. But would the USCIS officer be able to locate my medical without the WAC or A number typed on my DS 3025? I wonder if this technicality is going to give me an RFE for another medical? Damn hope not!

No telling how USCIS will respond, and no use worrying about it now.

But you can explain in the I-485's last part, Additional Information, that you recently noticed the DS-3025 discrepancy that was not the petitioner's or the beneficiary's fault.

Doing an I-693 medical is not the worst thing in the green card process.

Is the DS 3025 copy sufficient or do K1s need to do the partial I-693 now? The new medical update from couple months ago wasn't clear to me

DS-3025 is sufficient if all vaccinations were completed and vaccination part is checked as completed.

Should I upload my ds160 page so the officer can cross check the case number on my DS 3025 with that and hopefully not send me an RFE for medical?

Uploading copy of DS-3025 is recommended, but not required
