Has anyone ever emailed the lockbox?

Hi my dearest VJ friends.

It's been a month since we refiled our AOS. No money taken. No receipt. Nothing. Emma said we have to email the lockbox, which we have, but I wonder if anyone else has before and what their experience was? When did you hear back?

It can take 4-8 weeks to get receipt. There's nothing unusual.

I know, but everyone who filed at the same lockbox before and after me has one. Got one within like 2-3 weeks. + Payment usually gets taken out sooner too.

A month since your shipping receipt says it was recieved? That's when the 30 days is counted for eligibility to email A Lockbox. 

Response (IF ANY, other than the obvious receiving Noa1 or a returned package), can take up to 10 weeks.

Yes. Sad to see it can take that long LOL. I was hoping they wouldn't be emailed a lot so they'd reply fast. Sigh. Waiting is all we can do I guess!

I emailed them in October 2019. I am still waiting on a reply.

 

BTW, I became a citizen in 2023.

That.. scares me. LOL. Was your case similar to mine? Everyone else getting receipts, payments taken, but not yours?

Oh yeah. It took them 57 days to send me something.
