hello dear community we are close to the finish line and i hope everyone gets good news.

can you please clarify my doubts about arriving to usa with my spouse who has cr1 visa on passport?

1 - i am us citizen, do i need to wait with her in the non-us citizen lane at the airport?

2 - besides the passport with cr1 visa, do we need to have any other documents ready?

3 - we don't have any medical reports, it was sent to embassy online, do we need to have them to enter to usa?

4 - i hear there is a uscis fee to pay, do we pay it before arriving to the usa?

thank you in advance for anyone who can help with these questions

You need to enter the US before your spouse. I'd go to the window together.

You can pay it before or after. The sooner you pay, the quicker your wife will receive GC.

JFK lets us stand in US citizen line but just ask the people who will be waiting to direct all the international flights that seem to arrive at the same time

No idea of other airports so i suggest you post the US POE airport

Pay the fee online ASAP.  Ask when you get to the POE, but stay together, so it is clear she is not entering before you.

A Warning to Green Card Holders About Voting

It was a very simple process. We went to the first officer together, then sent to secondary inspection. Less then 5 minutes later, was called up and asked for a mobile number. Passport handed back with two stamps, then left the airport seeing no one else.

No.  Best to pay as soon as she has the visa in hand.  Green card production does not begin until both the fee is paid and she enters the USA.  You want the entry to be the final step, not the fee payment, if possible.  Yes, you pay online.
