Hello!

My fiancé is from Slovakia and will have to go to Frankfurt for his interview. However, the US Scheduling site is a nightmare! We are trying to get through to the scheduling portion, but it does not have any options for delivery to Slovakia (we can only enter German addresses). If we choose "pick up" and try to select the IV Slovakia option, and click next, it says the city is invalid! What can we do to proceed?

Additionally, when we try to choose credit card (EUR) to pay the visa fee or the US Debit card, the "Submit" button does not advance on the site. We have tried in Chrome ad Opera.

Any advice would be extremely helpful as there are no answers online.

Thank you!!!!
