Hello

We submitted photos together and also with family but we did not mention the dates with it. But in item #54 we explained everything with dates when  and where we met and how many times we met.will it be an issue for us like RFE because we didn’t mention the dates?

No.  Photos are secondary evidence.  Dates can be established by things such as boarding passes, passport stamps, etc.

I spoke to an Immigration Attorney who worked previously for an Overseas Embassy.  The passport stamps are the primary verification now that US Passports are electronic.  It is not the actual stamp as the US State Department has an electronic record and know if you were in the fiance home country.

There are usually problems if the USC does NOT travel to the fiance home country; although, it can be proven the meeting was held in a separate country.  It is just another step to prove.

US State Department doesn't control other countries borders. They know when you left the US and what flight you took. But they can't prove you entered a country. Stamps issued by other countries typically confirm your entry into their country.

You can take a flight to country A, and book a separate flight from country A to country B. Unless you provide stamp, DOS will have limited knowledge of your full itenary.
