Hello there,

I have an interview date on April 11 sent from the NVC.When I made an appointment for my biometrics and fingerprinting I realized I may have made a mistake, two days after making an appointment I found out I chose the wrong visa category so I cancelled the whole appointment and made an application again and I was able to finally secure my biometrics and fingerprinting appointment (with the barcode and everything) from choosing the right category,my question is will this affect my interview date from the NVC?I'm afraid when I was choosing to make an appointment for my biometrics and fingerprinting,I was mistakenly making an appointment for my interview date (which I already have):(Please help πŸ˜•

VAC is for making an appointment for an interview with the USEC and also to get an appointment for biometrics and fingerprinting (two separate appointment.Since I already have an appointment for mt interview sent from NVC I only need an appointment for biometrics and fingerprinting.

I couldn't remember which category I chose for the last 3 appointments I made but it was not for biometrics and fingerprinting, after closing all 3 appointments to make a new one I finally figure out what category was right for the biometrics, but now not worried this affected my interview date from NVC because I may have chose the wrong appointment type for the last 3 before closing/cancelling all.

If the interview is set by NVC, choose Visa Category #1 from the drop down.
