Hi everyone, I tried all my resources by watching a lot of youtubes and asking online. Please help me!!

I am the sponsor of my mom, I have no income currently, so i will have my husband to be a joint sponsor, which he will file a I864A form correct? The biggest question i have is people said being self employed tent to get a lot of questions and harder to approved your case. My husband is a 1099 contractor, but he has his LLC/Scrop to pass through income for tax purposes. He also get paid from his own company as a w2. After watching some youtube videos, they recommended checking the box on the form I864 as employed and submitted W2/1099 is the best solution. What do you guys recommend basic on your experience? On my 1040 25a only has w2 incomes but no 1099, and on schedule 1 part 5 no.1 has flow through income from his company, in this case, does submitting W2 as employee is good enough? or you guys think checking the self employed box is better for my situation please? Thank you so much!!
