I am a Canadian and have been working in the US for the last 9 years under a TN visa. I recently had the TN visa renewed for another 3 years (expires March 2028).
In 2021 I had some criminal based mishaps with 3 separate arrests, and all charges were dropped however I did end up with two disorderly conduct violations.
In 2023 I got married to a US citizen.

Now in 2025 I am looking to adjust status and apply for my permanent residence. Given that I have a TN visa (non immigrant intent) and had the prior arrests, should I be looking to take a lawyer? Or can I just apply on my own by submitting the I-130, I-485, and I-765? What other forms should I be submitting?
