How long does it take for the temporary green card after the interview is passed?

DID they stamp your passport with an I-551 stamp? If so the I-551 stamp makes your passport act as a temp green card, and can re-enter using just your passport no AP needed.

Also you wont be getting a temp-green-card in the mail, you will be getting a CONDITIONAL-Green-Card.

No. They didn't stamp my passport, and they took away my I-94 too. I will be out of the country at the beginning of November. And I want to make sure the conditional green card will be arriving before Nov. Does anyone know how long does it take?

That is normal procedure that upon approval to remove the I-94 card, an LPR has no need for the I-94 card, as well as other interim things like AP and EAD.

If you have not received the green-card by then schedule an info pass appointment to get the I-551 stamp in your passport.
