If I remember right, I think it is fairly standard 11 x 13 sealed brown envelope. The sealed envelope with the side passport pouch will be delivered or for pick up.

Standard 11x13 is correct... It will be wrapped in clear plastic with the passport in between the plastic and the brown envelope. She will have to carefully slit the plastic open without cutting open the brown envelope to get the passport out and then tape over the slit. There are several videos on YouTube on how to do this if she searches.
