Will my girlfriend be denied entry with her B2?

So I am a Us Citizen my girlfriend is a Vietnam national. This is my first time going through this process. I am very anxious. Last thing I want is for her to get on a 14 hour flight and have her be denied entry and have to fly back to her home country. We just met in her home country a few months ago and our relationship is still very new so no desire to get married right now. What are the chances she will be denied entry if she states her purpose of visiting as visiting her bf and tourism? Here are her stats:

 

-Age: 22

 

-Female traveling alone

 

-B2-Visa valid until February 2026

 

-Purpose: tourism, visiting me her bf and her American friends

 

-Occupation: University Student in Vietnam and English teacher in Vietnam on the side. (In-person not remote)

 

-ties to her country: she has her university graduation in VN to attend after her US trip. She has a job teaching English in Vietnam 

 

-length of trip: 3 weeks

 

-No history of overstay of visa or violation 

 

-Expenses/Proof of funds: her funds from her job, some expenses will be covered by me, her family will also be supplementing her funds for travel as well

 

-Previous US visits: 2019 (traveling with her family), 2024 (traveling with her family), her next visit will be 2025 which she will be traveling alone

The biggest red flag is boyfriend in the US.

 

The second flag is her being young female of marrying age.

Yep.  Agree 100%.  I would now assume there will be heavy scrutiny for any non-immigrant entry of everyone.  Strong ties to home country is extremely important now.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Getting a B would be difficult but she has one.

 

The vast majority of visitors making normal trips have zero issues.

I agree, getting the B2 was the biggest challenge.  When she comes, she needs to answer the CBP officer’s questions truthfully, but she is not required to add any information not asked for.  She should also have evidence of her need to return after her visit.

Chances are she will be allowed to enter, because she previously used the visa correctly and left when required. US boyfriend may be a bit of an issue, but she must be honest nonetheless. 

4/12/13 - sent I-485 package

4/15/13 - USCIS Chicago Lockbox received package

4/22/13 - got email and txt

4/29/13 - received NOA in mail

5/08/13 - received biometrics appointment for 5/22

5/09/13 - successful early walk in at Port Chester, NY office

5/22/13 - I-485 updated to Testing & Interview

6/18/13 - EAD went to production

6/21/13 - Card/Document Production for EAD - second email

6/24/13 - EAD mailed

6/26/13 - EAD arrived

7/18/13 - got email about interview

7/20/13 - got hard copy interview letter

08/23/13 - interview - Approved dancin5hr.gif(card production & decision email)

08/28/13 - card production - second email

08/29/13 - card mailed

09/03/13 - card arrived
