If you do this you have to wait for the receipt number from the newly filed I-485 before you file them online

There needs to be underlying case on file (I-485) for I-131 and I-765 to be filed.

Unless you have I-485 receipt you don't know whether it was accepted or rejected.

Gotcha… so filing those 2 applications based on the I-485, it’s either gotta be in the same envelope done by mail or wait until they receive the I-485 receipt number and file it electronically. Personally I think filing it all together by mail would get the other two applications in the system quicker…

That's how I filed for my AOS: everything together... I-130, I-130A, I-485, I-131, I-765, I-693....

I highly recommend paying by personal check. If you search VJ you'll see some people had issues with credit card. Bank blocks transaction as potential fraud.

The form is G-1450

Good Afternoon. I have another question, please. when I send off my package to uscis. do I also send i-864 for each I-485, I-765 and I-131.. Do I just send one i-864 for 3 of them ?

Did you get a lawyer as suggested above? It may be worth just getting one to check over your package (not a euphemism) so that you can be sure it won’t be rejected again.

An I-864 is not required for an I-765 or an I-131.
