RICE LAKE (WQOW) - A major firearm manufacturer is moving all operations to northwestern Wisconsin.

Henry Repeating Arms will be transferring all manufacturing operations from New Jersey to its newly expanded headquarters in Rice Lake, and two additional facilities in Ladysmith. The company is in the process of closing on a third facility in Ladysmith by summer.

After the transition is complete, all Henry firearms will be made in Wisconsin.

In a press release, Henry Repeating Arms CEO Anthony Imperato said the move is a commitment to Wisconsin.

I've never been to Wisconsin, but I'm sure it was a smart move to get out of New Jersey
