Yes, if she meets physical presence, marital union, continuos residence and good moral character requirements.

Husband's was only three months, but he filed under 5 year rule.   It also really varies by field office.  You can check N-400 processing times for your local field office on the USCIS.gov site.

is early filing eligible for the 3 year rule or only the 5 year rule? In our situation, over 3 years married, US citizen husband and GC holder spouse. LPR for over 3 years as well.
