I've submitted my parents green card applications almost 2 months ago. I uploaded all docs, DS260, support of affidivit, Civil docs, etc. All required docs needed shows as SUBMITTED. Right after submission, next day I got this message but I'm not sure if that's auto generated. I've been waiting so far but no updates or letters yet.

What should I do? I've submitted all my docs. I'm confused.

NVC cannot review your submitted documents until we have received all of the required documents DS-260, Civil Documents and Financial Documents. Once these documents have been submitted, we will review your case. Please follow your CEAC Home page and https://nvc.state.gov.

Yes tried. They just sent me a generic response:

NVC received either a fee payment or mail from you recently. However, we must have all of the following items before we can review your case:

1) Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration (Form DS-260):

    - Complete one of these forms for each person who intends to immigrate.

    - Complete the form online and submit to NVC.

    - Follow the instructions on https://nvc.state.gov/260 (English) or https://nvc.state.gov/260/espanol.

2) Affidavit of Support (Form I-864) and financial supporting evidence (not required for employment-based petitions):

    - The Petitioner files this form.

    - Follow the instructions on https://nvc.state.gov/aos (English) or https://nvc.state.gov/aos/espanol (Spanish) to complete the form and collect the correct financial evidence.

3) Supporting Civil Documents:

    - For each person who intends to immigrate, submit civil documents, such as birth certificates and marriage certificates.

    - Follow the instructions on https://nvc.state.gov/document (English) or https://nvc.state.gov/document/espanol (Spanish) to learn which civil documents to submit.

    - Submit photocopies of these documents. Do not send original certificates.

    - For information on how to submit these documents by mail, please visit https://nvc.state.gov/mail

If you have already sent in all of the applicable items above, we will review your case. For current processing times, please visit our website at https://nvc.state.gov/timeframes. We will let you know after our review if anything is missing or if any other action is required.

Hmmmm.... Maybe that first email was just generic language sent to everyone then. It can't hurt to use the contact form again and state that their previous reply did not address your concern and reiterate that you received an email stating what you posted above and that according to their timeframes website, you are outside the current processing times, and you need to know if your case is lacking anything in order to be reviewed.

Just checking, but you submitted two applications, one for each parent? Is this showing on each of them, or just one?

Sounds like something is missing or incorrect. So what documents exactly have you submitted, have you got a screenshot of that section?
