USCIS doesn’t differentiate between step-child and biological child for immigration purposes. As long as you married her mother before she turned 18, then she’s treated as your child. https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-6-part-b-chapter-8

Ok thanks for the advice! I really appreciate it! Also, where would I submit photos of my wife and family together online on the form i-130 bcs it doesn't even ask me to upload photos of us together with our family? Pls clarify!

it is there on page 6 

under provide information on beneficary's spouse and children (2 spaces for spouse and 3 for children) and general instructions say to add any additional info on part 9
