All vaccine records must be either brought to your panel physician appointment or completed AT your panel physician appointment.

Your DS3025 is not complete and your error because of that. So.....

Most likely yes. 

Why? Because most civil surgeons do not offer only to transcribe your new record to an I693. 

Why? Because they are in a cash money making business.

You can call around your state to see. I've also recommended to check other nearby states as travel costs to them for a vaccine transcribed I693 only civil surgeon may be cheaper than a local one who can charge up to $1k.

That would not be the case. 

If it WAS the case, they would have given a waiver for "unavailable" and your DS3025 would be complete IF everything else for your age group was completed.

I checked with my wife and looked at past chat messages with my parents and wife and yeah they had no HepB vaccines on the day I was there. Cost wasn't the problem, I just wrongly assumed it was. I'll contact visamedicals and ask if they can correct the DS-3025 or not

When I had my medical the only one I couldn't get on the day (as they didn't do it) was the Covid vaccine but as there was 6 weeks between my medical and interview they offered to hold on sending my file to the embassy so I could get it privately. I got it a few weeks later and sent them the proof of vaccination and they sent the file to the embassy. 

 

I doubt that they will amend the vaccination worksheet now as it has been sent to the embassy and I think it is part of the info that was in the sealed documents package that you hand over to a Border Official at POE.

Hepatitis B is a multi-dose vaccine that usually needs to be separated by some months. I'd suggest finishing your course if it is not complete.

 

Typically what you need is for your vaccines to be recertified by the physician. The problem is most physicians know how much $'s they can make and will want to redo everything. The trick is finding one that can help.

 

In my husband's instance, his DS3025 was actually complete - the USCIS was either just lazy, lost the paperwork, or the officer was a newbie (we couldn't figure out which). In either case it required us to find a physician that could just recertify on the I-693. Eventually we found one that was actually recommended on this forum (there used to be a list) but they were nearly a three hour drive away. Still it cost us about $80 and literally 15 minutes. It is doable, but you will need to search around if you're willing. Either way make sure you bring any proof you have of receiving your new vaccines to the appointment.

I found two clinics in Minnesota that would do the vaccination only section for, respectively, $100 and $105. In terms of $/per minute this is probably more lucrative for them especially as the doctor has to do very little.
