Estimated time in MyProgress can be safely ignored. It's inaccurate, jumps up and down, sometimes completely disappears causing stress to many users.

Jaycel's "Estimate" went from 13 months to 15 months to 14 months and now 12 months all in the last 4 days 🤪

online filing mar 3rd, noa and notice of reusing biometrics within minutes of submitting. Estimate processing is 5 months. Good luck to everyone!

Well just checked today and now it says 4 months. I hope this is a good sign. My FO is Cleveland and it does have quick processing timelines. My friend had similar case as mine and hers got approved in 3 months last year. Praying for same fortune!

03/12 - Mailed my N-400 package with a fee waiver to Elgin, IL Lockbox via UPS

 

03/14 - Package Delivered at the Front Desk and Signed by Robbins 

 

No receipt number via text or e-mail yet. 

It looks like I'm the only one who filed by mail so far.

I wouldn't expect any progress 5 days after mailing. Give it 4-8 weeks

I am trying to complete the online form but this family question baffles me:

 -How Many children do you have? (I have 2 biological children, both over the age of 18)

 it continues to say:

You must indicate ALL children under 18 years of age including:

• Children born in the United States or in othe countries; (does not apply to me)
• Children living with you or elsewhere;(3 stepchildren, only one under 18 years)
• Current stepchildren; (I have 3)

And the list continues but does not applies to me.  My questions are:

1. Do I put the 5 in the box for all the children combined?

2. Do I list all children along with the 1 minor (under 18)

 

My minor stepson does not live with us he lives with his mom.

For the Evidence pertaining to  'Child and Spousal Support'.

My question is - What do I provide for 'Support Obligations' being the stepmom? Also, there is no court order for financial support.

 

This is a mouthful but I hope someone can help!

Hello March filers! Those who filed their N-400 application online; could you share the link to do so..? The "File Online" tab on the USCIS page (https://www.uscis.gov/n-400) took me to my my.uscis.gov account dashboard where I cannot for the life of me find a way/link to the N-400 online filing. Am I missing something glaringly obvious here..? Thanks in advance!

My wife filed her N400 3/26/2025, under the 3 year rule. 

Looks like she may become a citizen before her I-751 is approved.

She cannot legally become a citizen until I-751 is approved. Most likely, I-751 will be approved together with N-400 during combo interview.

I filed N400 online today 3/26/2025. Now I see notice of reusing biometrics in my account. How and where can I see the estimate time frame etc.?
