Hi All!

Ok, so my wife received her IR-1 visa several years ago and we entered the US (Resident Since) 08/28/2022. We left the US on 09/12/2022 to go back to Peru to deal with ending our lease, packing/selling our stuff, etc. We returned to the US on 12/16/2022, and aside from a two short trips back to Peru (4 days, 9 days) since then, we have been residing in the US. Her eligible date to submit the N-400 (90 days previous) is 05/30/2025. My question is should we wait extra time or just apply in June?

Any recommendations?

General recommendation is to apply few days into early 90 day window. In your case, first week of June should be OK. Filing exactly 90 days early sometimes results in denial.
