to who do I write the check?

I know this is probably a very silly question but to who do I make the check for when I send the AOS? What do I write on Check? and should I make two seperate checks for AOS and EAD or all in one?

please help.

As stated in the directions for the I-485 form "Department of Homeland Security" and the correct amount is now $1000+ for AOS

Make sure you are using the newest form.

1. Make checks payable to the "Department of Homeland Security"

2. Earlier, I would suggest to write seperate checks for AOS and EAD. However, since July 30, the application fee is increased and. at least to my understanding, AOS, EAD, and AP is all included in the new fee. Have a look at what the instructions say.
