Can anyone help me about this tricky issue of mine.
I filed a petition for alien relative in 2015 he got married now. What should I do now? Should I updated his petition online or do I have to file I-130 again with his wife and kids info?

Which relative? How old are his kids and which country are they from?

You could update now but no biggie can wait until the PD is current.

Then just wait and see who will count as derivatives when their PD is current. ‘Under 15’ is too vague as they could be any age from 0-14, so there’s no way of knowing if they’ll be likely to age out or not.

I’m guessing they will as they’ve probably still got at least 15 years to go, so it will probably just be the wife to add, but just wait and see.

Sorry, I didn’t get it. I haven’t even inform Immigration about my brother’s wedding or his children. When I filed petition he was single. So my question was, should I update i130 or file a new petition includes his children and spouse? It has been 10 years so far :(

thanks

You don’t need to inform them. As said above you just wait until they’re actually eligible for a visa and then add any dependents at that point. No need for a new I-130 and you don’t have to do anything now.

It’ll probably only be his wife as his children are unlikely to qualify unless ‘under 15’ means they’re very young.

You petitioned your Brother, Spouse and Children only become relevant when the PD is current, children can age out, wives can be divorced etc etc.
