Moving stuff from Toronto to New York without principle applicant

Hello All,

              I am a US citizen.my wife got newly green card and already moved to USA.we got some home stuff like furniture and kitchen stuff back in Toronto.

can I get a U-Haul truck and move it alone, in that case what paper work I would need, 

or I should get a moving company.

 

plz also advice about her car.

can I drive her car to New York without her.

Yes you can move it on your own. Bring a copy of her GC or a copy of her visa. 

For the car you will need to check out the car import threads. You might be allowed to take the car in and import later.

The car will have to be imported.  This is more challenging these days than it used to be and may well be worth selling in Toronto and finding something new in New York.
