Using CC? You're brave!

I was lucky that I did not get rejection when I used the same credit card to file for my I-485 2 years ago. I was thinking I may be lucky again the second time around so I went with the CC route. :)

Hello All,

Nice to be in the same journey as all of you. I submitted my I751 the same week I was eligible for. However, I committed a dummy mistake and my form was rejected initially. I refiled again, and finally is accepted. I received a notification last night issuing my extension letter and also USCIS was able to reuse my previous biometrics. Now case says Actively reviewing. My husband and I filed our 2024 taxes 3 days ago, so I plan to submit the transcript in the next upcoming days as additional evidence.

We want to travel with our almost 1 year old baby abroad to my home country of Colombia, but we are getting scared for the news. What you would do? Travel or not? Appreciate any advice.

Welcome!

I have no advice for you regarding travel as I am not intending to travel overseas any time soon. I hope you can find out and be at ease as you prepare to take your much needed trip!
