Hi, Can anyone guide me if i should fill out this form or pay someone to do it in this situation please?

 

I am the petitioner for my Mom, I do not work, and filed jointly with my husband. He is a 1099 contractor but he also has his LLC/scrop set up so the income can pass through from his company, and gets pay as W2 monthly. In this situation, should I check the box in part 6 "employed" since he is 1099 and report what he has earned or choose self employed and count his monthly salary along with Biz income please? Since I dont work, can I file the EZ form? And which I864 form he should file please?

I would choose employed as “self contractor”, but self employed would work as well.  You need to fill out the i864, and he should fill out an I864A.
