Hi, I was wondering if someone could advise.

The last I797C receipt notice I received from USCIS (48 Months extension) expires on 5/30/2025. My I-751 application to remove conditions is still pending. If I look online for an update it says "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview As of February 9, 2022, we are ready to schedule your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence" I know my case is out processing time but the ombudsman request I sent didn't do anything. They simply said it was in the processing time.

How do I get an updated notice beyond 5/30/2025  for work and proof of status while my case is still pending? I have not received anything from USCIS yet regarding that.

Thanks, I will look into the infopass appointment.

- I would rather see how the petition to remove conditions goes first.

- I heard it's expensive and I am guessing it's not an easy thing to without there being an attorney involved.

N-400 often pushes decision on I-751.

If the I751 is not final by the end of April, request an ADIT stamp for your passport.  This will serve as proof of LPR status for a period (I think 12 months).

Good Luck!
