I am not sure, how do I check that?

on the page where i filled the ds260 it says approved on the documents area

I think they send something to say you are 'documentarily qualified'.

I'm not quite there yet but others will be able to help. Then apparently you get 6-8 weeks notice of the interview in a letter with the date to go to London. I'm sure there is a London forum on here somewhere ...

How long did it take to get your documents approved after sending them to the NVC? I'm hearing a few weeks or so...

Processing time to be DQ’ed is currently about 10 days - https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html

You mention the DS-260 being completed on 11th February but when did you upload all your documents?

Once you’re DQ’ed (you’ll get an email) it’ll then be 3 months as a very rough guide until your interview. London is pretty quick thankfully.

Good luck.

I did the whole process with the us embassy in London. So I filled the I-130 and paid the fees.
then I got the letter from the embassy to file ds260 online

and they said the embassy is with my case so uscis/nvc is not envolved.

i am european, so maybe is because of that

but it doesn’t show anything on the embassy website t check the case number. I believe I will file the papers , criminal record affidavit and medical in person , not online

Aah are you Direct Consular Filing?? Probably why you're dealing with them only. I am in the UK too but we are going through the NVC

Ah, a DCF case, different process then. I’ll ask a mod to move the thread for you.
