He can also contact ICE via their email Immigration.Reply@dhs.gov

Beyond that, he has no worries, and no obligation to her.  He can notify USCIS, and ICE just in case he decides to try and petition someone else in the future.

I agree with several other comments, she has no legal pathway to remain in the U.S.  I do wonder what she did with her child.

It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if she can find a way of staying legally in the US - seems to be working for many of the 90 Day Fiance peeps. Either way, that's not your brother's headache.

How can she be here legally after 90 days? Wouldn't trust 90 day fiancée show as it's entertainment for some.

As an avid watcher of the show the only people that stay that look sus are those that got married in good faith, adjusted their status with the person they married and then divorced. Which is all legal and fine. But the k-1 haaas to adjust their status through the person that petition the k-1 and then married. Defo no hope for this woman.

Hi,

I'm posting for my brother. He filed a K-1 visa with his fiance in 2022. In October, 2024, she told him they were denied during the interview. My brother did some digging and found out she cheated and was pregnant with someone's child. They broke up. He was dumb and didn't care to notify or check their status since he assumed it was denied. Today, he got word that she actually entered the US on their K-1 visa. Is there anything that can be done as he does not want to be liable for her since they broke up and she deceived him to enter the US? She's also 4mo pregnant with the second baby.

In case she tries to get her family a tourist visa to "attend the wedding" or to "visit", I would notify the US Embassy, If she is from Laos, here is the contact, https://la.usembassy.gov/contact/#embassy

In case she tries to file for adjustment of status with a fake marriage certificate and so forth, notify the USCIS and be sure to provide her A-number and so forth.

Notify ICE as other's have also mentioned.

There are other peeps, like Natalie, Luis and Larissa, to mention a couple. There definitely seem to be ways to stay and get a greencard without the original petitioner. Perhaps by marrying someone new and file a i-130, I don't know how they do it, but they do.
