Hi, I'd like to figure out if my partner's household member's income is sufficient but I'm a little confused on how to calculate the household size.

The main sponsor, my partner, earned about $10,000, which is significantly less than $26,437 (for 2 of us). However, she is living with her parents, thus we can use her parents income and add it to hers. Her parents (2) have three dependent children (3), with one being over 18. So in our I-864, we listed the main sponsor(1), the household members (2), and me(1), intending immigrant. 's no option to put household member's dependents on either the I-864 or I-864A. My confusion and question: is our household size 4 members or 7?

Your spouse's I864 household size would be 4 (one for Item 1, one for Item 2, and two for Item 7).  This assumes both parents are adding their incomes for your spouse's I864 (note, both parents should each fill out a separate I864A if they file taxes jointly).  You do not have to include the dependent children unless they are also filling out their own I864A's and adding their income to your spouse's I864.  You can also have one parent fill out an I864 as a joint sponsor and the other parent fill out an I864A if they file taxes jointly.

Good Luck!
