Hi so long story won’t say too much, I was accused of marriage fraud from that American spouse. She reported me but I haven’t heard anything from the immigration about it. Am traveling to my country to see my children will it be a concern when I return back to US. I have american passport cause am american citizen when I did the oath.

They cant not let you in as a USC if that is the question.

They could but they can not deny you entry.

If you are on their radar, there is a possibility.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

You could be on the radar for denaturalization if it was discovered that you obtained your green card and us passport fraudulently

1st you need to understand that as a USC now,  you have to use the US passport to leave and enter the US

you may find out ICE took spouse complaint seriously (if spouse submitted good evidence) when you go thru security and try to get boarding pass at airport

 

also, it is not just u but your spouse that would be in trouble as your spouse did a lot of documents for evidence to get your visa and all the other steps so both of u would face issues 

 

The penalties for marriage fraud under U.S. law include jail time, fines, deportation, and a tarnished immigration record. Both the U.S. citizen and the immigrant spouse can face these penalties.
