It does seem that some hard facts were brought to light which are usually left behind closed doors.  Based on the actions of Trump, Vance, and Rubio over the past few weeks and the flip flopping by Zelensky, it seems this was coming.  Hopefully Zelensky gets the message.  If not, a lot more young people will lose their lives.

President Zelenskyy had a deal in hand for American support in peace negotiations, but he saw an opportunity, in the White House, in front of the world media, to do a little grandstanding. Given that he has already admitted that a large portion of the aid money committed to helping Ukraine can’t be accounted for, he needed to acknowledge what was at stake and respect who was offering him support.

 

Instead, his ego met the ultimate FAFO White House and now he is embarrassed, he’s given President Putin a PR boost and has provided the MSM with ammunition to go after President Trump, irrespective of what actually happened.

 

The only way this ends to Ukraine’s advantage is if he apologises and takes what was already agreed. If he does not, if his ego gets in the way again, the war will continue and many more will die.

Interesting read.  Zelensky is a very stupid man if took the advice of these people.  He has endangered his political career, the lives of more people, and his country's future.
