REJECTED I-765 DUE TO INCORRECT FEE

Greetings good people

We submitted AOS packet earlier this month where I included a check for $520. Notice of Action said payment is incorrect. Any idea what this is about? Has anyone else received the same notice? Please help.

Which forms did you include?

If you filed the i-765 at the same time as the i-485 (ie in the same package) the i-765 fee is only $260, not $520

I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence: $1,440

I-864 Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the INA: 0

I-765 Initial Employment Authorization c (9): $520

i-131 Application for Travel Documents, Parole Documents, and Arrival/Departure Records: $630

Yes... I-765 fee is $260 when filed concurrently with the I-485
