I-765 Filing Fee

Hi everyone!

 

I am submitting the I-765 alongside with I-130 and I-485, should the filing fee for the I-765 be $520 or $260?

My understanding is $260, because it says "If you filed Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, with a fee on or after April 1, 2024, and your Form I-485 is still pending", you would pay $260. I am not sure if we submittng together, does it count as "I-485 pending"?

Just make sure you put all the applications in 1 envelope - That's what Jaycel and I did and her I-765 was accepted and approved in 51 days

Who are you filing for? Are you a green card holder? It’s just that you’ve put this in the family members of LPR’s section of the forum, and so filing I-130 and I-485 concurrently wouldn’t normally apply.

Ohh! I might have posted this question under the wrong category. I am a citizen, filing for my parents.

Moved to Adjustment of status from a tourist, work or student visa as this reflects the Ops situation

 

please confirm

 1. your parents are currently in the US

2. what visa type did they use to enter?
