GC for father, mother and younger sister.

I would like to know how long the consular process in Germany takes to obtain a green card for my parents and my minor sister?
In the event that my sister can only receive it after my parents, can she enter the USA with a student visa, for example, and my parents can apply for it for her later?

What's your status - GC, USC? Asking as you posted this in bringing family members of LPR forum. If you're an LPR you can't file for a sibling or parents, have to wait until you're a USC - then it takes about 2 years for parents and 15-25 years for a sibling.

They can but it will still take several years, as she’s not an immediate relative if they’re GC holders. She’d be category F2A which has a 3-4 year wait for a visa as a very rough guide.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..
